What do I need to shop doors?
Flexibility is key. You will need the minimum and maximum door measurements and an idea of preferred style (solid, glass, iron detail, etc.) We have experts onsite that can walk you through the process and options available.
All door purchases require an in-person visit. Open to the Public: Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
Could you tell me what’s in stock? I live too far to visit unless you have what I need.
With 6,000 to 8,000 doors at any given time, our stock is ever changing. Due to the daily volume of requests, we are not able to shop our stock remotely. Door purchases require an in-person visit.
As wholesalers open to the public, you will find our 75,000 sqft of “shoppable” warehouses are well worth the visit.
Do you have standard sizing?
No, our European-sourced doors are 19th and 20th-century dimensions and styles that differ from modern U.S. standards. We have a range of sizes as singles and pairs. With inventory ranging from 6,000 to 8,000 doors at any given time, our stock is ever changing.
What styles do you carry?
Available in both single and double configurations, we offer a wide range of styles such as solid panel, glass panel and iron detail. Each style serves as a focal point in any space, ideal for barn door tracks, pocket, pantry openings, interior, exterior etc.
Do you replace glass or minor repairs?
Depending on style of door and size of glass, we can accommodate some modifications. Please note, we work only on our doors. Customizations or special requests are subject to additional fees and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, services available upon request and through a third-party. Call or stop by the shop to inquire about cost and logistics.
What does wholesale pricing mean?
As a direct importer, Charles Phillips cuts out the middleman so you can buy directly from the source. You pay what a dealer pays. We skip the retail markup so you can get one-of-a-kind antiques at wholesale costs.
Can you send photos of door inventory?
Unfortunately, we can't provide real-time stock lists. Our door inventory ranges from 6,000 to 8,000 doors at any given time, and as a small business, we get too many daily requests to accommodate everyone. Please check our collections and social media for examples of what we carry. We highly recommend visiting in-person to find the best option for your specific needs.
Do you provide framing/trimming for your doors? Do you build doors?
No, we provide the doors only.
Do you provide hardware?
Most of our doors are sourced overseas and shipped without hardware. We do have some salvage from doors as well as vintage hinges and door knobs available in-store only.
Do you finish doors?
Yes, we offer finishing services available on-site for an additional cost. Inquire in-person. We also carry a selection of high-quality waxes available for purchase.
Do I need a trade account to shop?
No, we offer wholesale pricing to the public as well as to the trade. We love working with dealers, designers, builders and directly with homeowners looking to use any of our merchandise in their projects.
