How do I make a purchase?
Customers can purchase in-store at our shop. The property is home to eight warehouses with over 75,000 square feet of European antiques, architecturals and home goods. With containers arriving every 7-10 days, we are well-worth the visit.

What does wholesale pricing mean?
As a direct importer, Charles Phillips cuts out the middleman so you can buy directly from the source. You pay what a dealer pays. We skip the retail markup so you can get one-of-a-kind antiques at wholesale costs.
Could you tell me what’s in stock? I live too far to visit unless you have what I need.
Due to the daily volume of requests and inventory turnover, we are not able to shop our stock remotely. You will find our 75,000 sqft of “shoppable” warehouses are well worth the visit.
Do you ship or delivery?
NO SHIPPING: Due to the high-volume of inventory and in-person sales, we cannot provide shipping at this time.
DELIVERY: Services available upon request and through a third-party. Call or stop by the shop to inquire about cost and logistics.
Return Policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for store credit. Please bring in your receipt.
Where do you buy your inventory?
We are direct importers from over 40 different countries worldwide with inventory sourced from Europe, former English colonies, regions in the top of Africa and beyond. Charles Phillips personally curates each piece.
Can you send photos of inventory?
Due to the high demand and fast pace of our wholesale inventory, we can no longer take additional photos of individual items. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What do I need to shop doors?
Flexibility is key. Check out our Doors page for additional information. With 6,000 to 8,000 doors at any given time, our stock is ever changing. All door purchases require an in-person visit.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do accommodate custom designs, finishes and fabrication. We can help you customize tables, amongst other items, from one of our existing designs or something within our shop. Call or stop by to inquire.
What color/finish is used on this piece?
We do our best to post accurate images of pieces. However, due to the nature of lighting and various devices/screens, colors may look different. We highly recommend an in-person visit for a precise color match.
Do I need a trade account to shop?
No, we offer wholesale pricing to the public as well as to the trade. We love working with dealers, designers, builders and directly with homeowners looking to use any of our merchandise in their projects.
How can I find out about your next container?
We receive containers every 7-10 days. Sign up for our email list and follow along on our socials. We try to push out notifications on our latest inventory in a timely manner.
